What would you do with this list of 10 books? Which would you read first and which would you ignore? Which book is not worth reading?
Here are 10 books from the end of summer/beginning of autumn and thoughts on each. Plus, a book one might find better suited to flames...as in setting it aflame.
Let's begin with something rather close to any introverts heart. A book on introversion.

This book is worth reading if you value your quiet time without others, or are trying to understand people who function best in this way.
Perhaps you are seeking more science-perhaps some physics? Well, here is an informative read about Stephen Hawking, from the view of his friend and co-author. One part of this book may blow your mind...beware!

Maybe a tale of adventure-albeit extreme adventure-is more your fancy. Here is a book that has found more than it's share of controversy. If you have seen the movie, it is also wise to read the book. Each bring forth a different value to a strange, and true story. Would you do what Alex did? Would you find such peace? Solace? Or simply the same finality?

Perhaps that sort of adventure is not your cup of tea. Perhaps you are looking for a lovely book of adventure based entirely on fiction. A book both adults and children have enjoyed for decades? A proven book, wonderful for reading aloud on the upcoming autumn nights.

Reading aloud, not your thing? The kids a bit older than Narnia age? Perhaps you are seeking inspiration for your next yarn, or creative endeavor. Creativity can be found in so many different places. As you may have suspected, a book is one such place inspiration and creativity comfortably reside. However, there is very little comfort offered when the Earth is to be blown up.

Seeking a longer science-fiction story? The Dune series begins with one rather addicting book...certainly with it's own story of addiction within. Addiction on a strange planet to a substance called, "spice." But is that really all the book is about? Of course not! It would not be such a long-lasting, fantastical book if it contained but one topic. This book will grip you. Caution, reader.

Here is the first recommendation that is to NOT read. I warn each reader, this book contains a stunning combination of words and thoughts, unworthy of any being, living, dead or otherwise. I regret allowing my eyes to view this story. I whole-heartedly disagree with it's presence on earth. There are many ways to engage in a conversation of free-will, choice, human behavior. The version of life in this book sickened me. There is enough horror on our planet without adding a fictional story disguised as a social conversation. If you see this book, run.
On to a more valuable topic. Chocolate. More valuable topics? Why yes! Love. Creativity. Working each day in an occupation which causes healing, joy, friendship. A love story, yes, but even more. Slightly magical. Always necessary to have chocolate in the house when reading. The move does little justice to the actual story found within the pages.

Interested in a love story that is disguised as a love story? What could that possibly mean? It seems this is the only book I have found which has been able to answer those questions.

There are very few books I read three times. The book before this book is one of them. And of all the books listed so far, this is the only one that has made it to my bookshelf...a very difficult place to earn. A book is worth adding to my bookshelf only when I have found such creative, life, whole value that I am interested in reading it again. If you were to chose only one book from today's list, let it be this one.
